MY20 CLUB “SUPERFAN” GIVEAWAY

Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be legal residents of Washington, D.C., Virginia or Maryland who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

2. Employees of Fox Television Stations, Inc., owner of television station WDCA (“Sponsor”), its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person. During the “Giveaway Period”, beginning at 9:00 a.m. local time on April 4, 2011, and continuing through 11:59 p.m. local time on September 2, 2011, Sponsor will conduct various “Superfan” drawings. The exact entry deadlines will be announced, along with prize information, when entries are solicited during the Giveaway Period. Unselected entries for one drawing do not carry over to subsequent drawings in the Giveaway Period.

4. To enter, go to www.my20dc.com when a drawing is announced and follow all instructions to complete the online entry. Sponsor may require entrants to correctly answer trivia questions, submit a “code word,” or submit other material in order to be eligible to win. The exact nature of the entry will be announced when entries are solicited. If entry requires the submission of entry material, all submissions must be original and conform to Sponsor’s then-current standards and practices and policies as established or determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, submissions may not contain profanity or references to violence, or demean any gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. Entrants must own the copyright to, or otherwise have all necessary rights in, their entry materials. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or remove any entry based on a claim of copyright infringement. Entry constitutes an unlimited perpetual license to Sponsor to use entry materials, including, but not limited to, the right to copy, distribute, publicly perform and display the entry materials on its websites, television stations and in any and all media whether now known or hereinafter invented.

5. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entry materials may be maintained as part of WDCA’s giveaway records. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if it becomes technically or otherwise corrupted.

6. One or more drawing may be announced from time to time during the Giveaway Period. Entries will only be solicited for one drawing at a time. Winners will be selected in accordance with the criteria announced when entries are solicited. The contest will be judged by Sponsor, and the decision of the judges will be final as to all matters, including (i) the order in which entries were received and (ii) whether any answer required to be given is correct.

The Prize(s)

7. The winner(s) will receive a My20 Prize Pack with a retail value of no more than $30 that may include, but is not limited to, My20 travel mugs, My20 t-shirts, My20 Calculator Notebook, My20 key chains, My20 programming merchandise and 20th Century Fox Movie passes. Contents of the prize packs will vary based on quantity and availability of prizes.

8. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail and phone within one week of the drawing date. Winner(s) will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion within 7 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not return the signed and completed Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize within the designated time period, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing if, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, time permits.

9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s). The winner(s) cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor
