KENNESAW, Ga. -

A local man is facing charges after a teenager died following a night of heavy drinking.

Police say 16-year-old Alex Fraire drank heavily at a party at a Kennesaw home on July 11 and then was driven to a friend's apartment in Woodstock, where he was found dead the next morning.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Kyle Walker, charging him with providing alcohol to minors and reckless conduct.

According to the criminal warrant, the 16-year-old was pressured to chug vodka and rum. He was allegedly in such bad shape when he left that he couldn't walk or talk, had trouble breathing and was vomiting

"I think all the people who were with my brother have to be charged," said Maria Tamayo.

Maria said she hopes parents see what happened to Alex and watch out for their kids.

Alex would have been a sophomore in a few weeks at Woodstock High School. Instead his family is saying their final goodbyes.

The traditional Catholic family held nine straight evenings of prayer in honor of the 16-year-old.

Maria Tamayo says she the older men there with Alex that night should face stiff charges.

"They can stop more people doing alcohol at that age," Tamayo said.

Two other 20-year-olds are charged with underage drinking.

The charges are from Kennesaw, where police say the drinking took place.

Investigators in Cherokee County, where Alex died, say they are also looking into possibly filing charges in the case.
