CANTON, Ga. -

Cherokee County School Board member Kelly Marlow will have to pay a $3,600 fine.

Marlow is accused of complaining to the Southern Associations of Colleges and Schools about other board members.

A tribunal ruled Wednesday that she acted unethically when she complained about other board members to the Southern Associations of Colleges and Schools.

Back in July, she was arrested for filing a false police reports. In the report, she claimed that the Cherokee County School superintendent hit her and two others with his car.

Marlow could appeal the fine.
