COBB COUNTY, Ga. -

Cobb County authorities have cleared a Kennesaw cosmetic surgeon of wrongdoing in the death of a Savannah woman.

A report released by the medical examiner states April Jenkins' death in February was due to natural causes.

The woman's family claimed she died as a result of liposuction surgery performed by Dr. Nedra Dodds of Opulence Aesthetics Medicine.

The medical examiner ruled the 37-year-old suffered a cardio-respiratory death.
