PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Pa. -

Plymouth Township Police are investigating a gun-point robbery of an 84-year-old man.

The incident happened early Thursday morning on the 1300 block of E. Ridge Pike. The victim was an owner of a real estate business located within the building.

Police say the victim "buzzed" the two suspects into the secured building under the impression that they were seeking a home for rent.

When the victim told the suspects he did not have any available rental units, the first suspect pulled out and pointed a handgun at him.

The second suspect came around the victim's desk and proceeded to tie the victim to his desk chair.

While that suspect was tying up the victim, the first one reached into the victim's pocket and took out all of his money.

The suspects later fled through the same door which they entered.

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call the Plymouth Township Police Detective Division at 610-279-1901 or email Detective Anthony Costello at ACostello@plymouthtownship.org.
