A crash involving a seafood carrier and truck slowed traffic along Interstate 75 in Henry County Wednesday.

The collision happened just before 11:00 near Jonesboro Road. The Georgia Department of Transportation tells FOX 5 the crash involved at least two vehicles. Officials say the seafood truck driver was air-lifted to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. The driver of the Dodge passenger vehicle was transported by ground to Atlanta Medical Center, officials say.

FOX 5 viewer Chuck Peters captured images of the scene as a medical helicopter was landing.

Lanes of traffic northbound and southbound were affected.

All lanes were finally re-opened around 8:30 p.m., according to Henry County police.
