Posted: Updated:
WASHINGTON -

A boil water advisory that was in effect for some isolated areas of Northwest D.C. has been lifted.

DC Water put the advisory in place after a power outage at the Fort Reno Pumping Station on Wednesday resulted in a loss of water pressure.

They conducted tests in the affected area, and lifted the advisory just before noon on Friday.
