Store clerk shooting suspect at-large

UNION CITY, Ga. - Union City Police are searching for a man who killed a convenience store clerk on Monday.

According to authorities, the shooting happened at Yasmin's on 29 which is located on State Route 20 in Union City around 5:08 p.m.

The suspect, 20-year-old D'vontavious Bernard Williams, fatally wounded 29-year-old Sohil Padania who was a clerk at the store.

Williams has been charged with Murder, Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault. He is described as about 6'1", 165 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Police are unsure of the circumstances surrounding this shooting. The suspect is still, at large.
