BBQ with Buck: Joe's BBQ

BBQ with Buck: Joe's BBQ

Posted: Updated:

Set in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of north Georgia, Joe's BBQ was recently named the seventh best BBQ Joint in America by TripAdvisor.

After a lifetime in the mortgage business, Joe Ray decided it was time to try something different. 31 months later, it appears it was a very good decision.

Joe's specializes in St. Louis Style Ribs, BBQ chicken, and pulled pork all slow cooked with hickory wood for flavor. All the sauces are good, but I recommend you give the "Alabama White" sauce a try.

Joe's slogan is 'small place, big taste', but you could add clean place to it as well. He has received a perfect score on his last four Health Department Inspections dating back to February, 2012.

For more information, check out his website. If you decide to check it out, make sure to tell him 'BBQ With Buck' sent you.
